This includes the trip to the home and a complete diagnosis of your unit regardless of time.
Parts and labor are extra. Labor is calculated using a national flat rate labor guide.

When my dryer started making strange noises I knew I had to get someone in to take a look. I called several places, but from the moment Cathy picked up the phone I knew this was who was getting my business.I have a dryer that is almost 20 years old. Cathy took the time to look up the model to see if parts where even still available for it. They were. Then she scheduled a time for Al to come out around my crazy work schedule.Al was just as impressive as Cathy. He was professional. Clean. Respectful. And he really knows his business. Not to mention his prices are fair and very reasonable.So for the repair person who laughed at me when I did not know dryers did not have fan belts like cars, and who’s prices where almost another mortgage payment just to come take a look, you missed out on all our further business and the referrals we are going to give to Big Al’s because we truly not going anywhere else.

We had a 10 year old Maytag Washer. they get old but the new ones would not under the table we had in our wash room. Al came to the rescue. After the fix, there was still an issue (NOT Al’s fault) but he stepped up and owned it and got us back on track. Very professional and would definitely recommend for the future. Also, Cathy in the front office was nothing short of wonderful!

Big Al’s helped me repair my washing machine. Not only were they great as far working around my schedule, both Cathy and Al were keeping me updated along the way. Al tested various things to make sure the part we were ordering was the right fix. Next time I need an appliance repair I will most definitely be calling them! Great service and I thank them both!

How We Schedule
TIME
Our office will contact you the afternoon before your scheduled service date with your timeframe that you can expect the technician to arrive.
DAY OF YOUR APPOINTMENT
Even though we provide a timeframe for your appointment, we also call ahead about 30 minutes prior to arrival.
YOUR APPLIANCE’S AGE
If your unit is under (1) year of age, you will need to reach out directly to the brand of your appliance. Their customer service will issue a dispatch number authorizing us to repair the product. We need this to be able to bill the appropriate party for services.
If your unit is over (1) year of age, and has an extended warranty, you must contact the extended warranty company first prior to setting up a service appointment with us. The phone number you need to call can be found on your extended warranty certificate. If you are unable to locate that, please contact the dealer in which you purchased the unit from, and they should be able to provide the appropriate information on your extended warranty.

Otherwise, your warranty is only the duration of the warranty you have with the manufacturer and/or extended warranty company. Our warranty does not cover food loss or loss of use. Single family home use only. Your product must be installed as per manufacturer guidelines and properly maintained to be eligible for our warranty.
